K2PE-SF Series Side Feeding Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine

The K2PE-SF series, which saves space with its right or left feeding option, is easily integrated into production lines thanks to its mechanical structure and electronic control mechanism. It ensures error-free and quality packaging of various pan or single products. It is used in a wide variety of sectors such as food products, cosmetics, chemistry, medical, paint, printing, household appliances, electrical and electronic materials.

The feeding unit of the machine is designed according to the layout of the production lines to be integrated. The products are automatically wrapped with shrink film, which is fed from the lower and upper. The sealing bar seals shrink film and the discharge conveyor transfers the products to the shrink tunnel. Polyethylene film tightly wraps the product with temperature inside the tunnel and takes the form of the product by cooling with the help of a fan at the tunnel exit. Besides provides a good image to the product, protects the products from abrasion, scratch and dust during storage and transportation.
