K2PE-F Series Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine

K2PE-F Series is easily integrated into production lines thanks to its mechanical structure and electronic control mechanism. It provides perfectly and high-quality packaging of various tray or single products. It is used in a wide range of sectors, ​especially food products, cosmetics, chemicals, medical, paint, automotive, cable and electrical materials, household appliances and printing.

The products are automatically wrapped with shrink film, which is fed from the lower and upper. Sealing bar seals shrink film and the discharge conveyor transfers the products to the shrink tunnel. The polyethylene film tightly wraps product with temperature inside the tunnel and the film is cooled by the fan at the exit of the tunnel to take the form of the product. Besides provides a good image to the product, protects the products from abrasion, scratch and dust during storage and transportation.
